Pick your child's admission form at the school premises from Wednesday the 1st of August to Tuesday the 7th of August, 2018 (one week) from 8:00am to 5:00pm each day.

Completed forms must be submitted on or before 13th August, 2018 with
 (a) the child's valid NHIS card 

(b) child's original birth certificate.
