It is with great joy and pleasure I write to succinctly express my profound gratitude to you for the massive supports given to me before, during and after the Nandom constituency conference which came off 18th August, 2018.
I must say without mincing words that it was your moral, physical, financial supports inter-alia that resulted into the resounding victory in my favour.
I am so much grateful for the overwhelming and invaluable supports I received from comrades, brothers, sisters, among others. It is my fervent prayer that the supports you gave me will be replenished in multiples.
It is incumbent on me to quickly add that this victory is a victory for NDC and not an individual victory. In simple terms, it is NDC that won, hence it should be replicated in the 2020 election.
The zeal of Ghanaians to change this substandard government is abundantly clear and we the youth are ever ready to spare no effort of ours to recapturing power comes 2020.
It therefore behoves us all to undo the differences that exist between us and come out with a formidable group characterised by a common interest that will propel us to wrestle power from the NPP so that we can save Ghanaians from the hardship and mess we are being taken through. My grandfather used to tell me a proverb which I so much take solace in. It goes like this, "when spider webs unit, they tie up a lion". A deep spirited defence is often put up to recapture power if we there is united among the people.
Let me hasten to add that I wish all the regional and national aspirants the best of luck in their contest. My advice to you is that you should be measured and civil in your campaign. Do well and desist from being caustic and downright offensive attacks on the civil sensibility of your opponents. In fact, It is commonsensical and proper that you go about politiking without any rancour, vitriol and banality. This is an indoors' game and there will be the need for every hand to be on desk for us to unseat this substandard government that has demonstrated a wanton incompetence since they took over power.
Your ability to campaign without denigrating your opponents will result in a peaceful and successful regional and national conferences and that will serve as a projector that magnifies our unity and preparedness to boot out the NPP which is a sheep in wolf's skin. Always remember this simple and most widely used proverb, United We Stand, Divided We Fall. Thank you.
