Today, we join the rest of the country to celebrate the birthday of a distinguished, humble and committed young leader who has distinguished himself in service to the youth and people of Ghana, Okai Mintah, Board Chairman of the Ghana National Service Authority.
Okai Mintah is widely respected for his loyalty, humility and dedication. His exemplary conduct has earned him the admiration of senior statesmen, party leadership and the youth across the country. As our elders say, “a child who washes his hands well, eats with the elders.”
The Board Chairman is a visionary, hardworking and indefatigable young man. His intellectual depth and commitment to youth development are evident in his engagements across the length and breadth of the country. Through his leadership and interventions, many young people are benefiting from opportunities for empowerment and transformation under the able leadership of the Minister for Youth Development and Empowerment, Hon. George Opare Addo and His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana.
His recent declaration to contest for the position of National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress has been received with great excitement by the youth. Many youth see him as a perfect replacement of the current industrious, humble and respectful youth commander who doubles as the Youth Minister. This is largely due to his proven track record of loyalty, commitment and dedication to the ideals and welfare of the great NDC.
As Board Chairman of the Ghana National Service Authority, Hon. Okai Mintah has provided effective and transformative leadership. His stewardship has contributed significantly to the ongoing reforms and improved service delivery within the Authority.
On this special occasion of his birthday, the Upper West Regional Directorate of the Ghana National Service Authority extends our warmest felicitations to him.
