The Teachers And The Pupils Of Guo D/A Primary School Are Grateful To The Nakyea Family

It is often said that he who preaches peace would be known by many in and outside his jurisdiction. It is in similar vein that he who does good is recognised and appreciated not only by those he did good to but also by God.

"We are so excited to the extend that we don't even know how to thank the Nakyea family and God. But all we have to say is to thank God for their lives. It is our fervent prayer and hope that God Almighty bless them with all their needs and extend their life span so that they will live long to receive their blessings and continue to relief the poor, the needy and the deprived of their plights".

"Now that we have desks, our uniforms will not always be dirty as they used to be. We will no longer lie on our stomachs to write. We are safe from pneumonia and the other cold related sicknesses. Our handwriting and performance would be improved as our teachers can now move round the class to monitor our work. We are now students. So we can now compare ourselves to other students in different schools. There will now be a clear cut dichotomy between the cow boys and us. Our parents will no longer beat us because they think we are careless that is why we  play foolishly in school and become dirty the very moment we step our feet in class".

My visit to the school yesterday was greeted with an uncontrollable joy from both the teachers and more especially the pupils. When I entered the classes, the pupils greeted me very loudly that people staying closer to the school could hear. It happened so because they could not conceal their joy and happiness, having been given new desks.

They are so much grateful to you and your brother. It is their prayer that God fills all the spaces created as a result of your unrepentant quest to providing them with quality education so that they become better persons in future. They believe that God will surely answer your prayers and bless you in multiples, all that you spent on them.

They are optimistic just as I am, that one day they will meet you face-to-face so that you know one another. "We will also try our best possible to maintain these desks neat and strong so that you will be happy when you visit them one day.

The teachers also expressed their immeasurable exhilaration, "we are so happy that our pupils now sit on desks to learn. In fact, our work has now been made easy and simple. Now, there is going to be an improved classroom management, an improved pupils handwriting and this will undoubtedly reflect in the general performance of the pupils in the shortest time. We are very grateful to the Nakyea family and you yourself for this kind gesture showed us. God bless you all and grant you and the Nakyea family your heart desires. May you live long to continue to improve the lives of the less privileged".

Let me hasten to add that I'm so much delighted for your magnanimity. In fact, it is uncommon to get your caliber in this 21st century. I am particularly happy the alacrity with which you responded to the issue after reading it. God richly bless you and the entire family. May you live long.
